Wire Buckles

If you’re new to strapping, wire buckles are a crucial component for effective strap management. These buckles are designed to securely join the ends of your strap and maintain tension, ensuring that your strapping holds firm during transit.

How to Use Wire Buckles Effectively:

1. Create a Loop: Fold one end of the strapping to form a small loop.
2. Insert the Strap: Slide the strapping through the middle of the buckle, positioning the loop over the open end of the wire on the opposite side.
3. Position the Strap: Pass the strap under the other side of the buckle, positioning it correctly.
4. Wrap Around: Run the strapping around your package or pallet and bring it back to meet the buckle.
5. Form Another Loop: Create a second loop with the open end of the strap, folding it toward you.
6. Secure the Loop: Pull this new loop through the strap and slide it onto the open tine near the buckle.
7. Tighten the Strap: Adjust the tension by pulling the end of the strap by hand, or use a tensioner tool for additional tension.
